How to get a detailed (down to 0.1L/qt) oil level reading on an older early 2000s Mercedes W203
Newer W203's you triple press the trip reset button which wasn't working on my 2003 (built 2001) C320, so I looked through the manual to find this and thought I'd share. Try holding the trip meter reset button for 20 seconds until you hear an audible beep! Then hit the page down button on the steering wheel, then turn the key to the next position. The car needs to be on level ground. If you have just been driving let the car sit for a good 10 minutes before checking the level as it will read low and you wouldn't want to overfill the oil. You can also enable dyno mode in here to disable ESP etc, hit the up button, and volume to enable/disable. Sorry for awkward video lol..did it in one take, just added subtitles. :)
