In this video I drive the new Mercedes AMG GT 63 Coupe, with Start up, lots of rev offs, acceleration and fly by. I have previously owned all the different Mercedes AMG GT variants, such as AMG GT, AMG GTR, AMG GTR PRO, AMG GTR Roadster and more recently the AMG GT Black Series. Although the driving dynamics have improved greatly in the new AMG GT 63 Coupe, the sound of the car is not as a great as the previous models due to the new OPF filter.

The new AMG GT is very similar to my SL 63 AMG, in my opinion the Mercedes SL 63 AMG should have been called the AMG GT Roadster! As Mercedes decided to not launch a roadster version of the new AMG GT model.

The new Mercedes AMG GT 63 Coupe launches 0-60 mph in 3.2s and the 4 litre twin turbo V8 engine growls and gives you pops and bangs on downshifts. The new AMG GT 63 coupe combines AMG’s racing DNA with luxury features to give a true grand tourer experience with its advanced aerodynamics and redesigned rear wheel steering, the new AMG GT offers unbeatable handling and stability.
