OCK Group Berhad, Malaysia's leading telecommunications network solutions provider, was listed on Bursa Malaysia's ACE Market in 2012 and transferred to the Main Market in 2014 due to strong growth. Founded in 2000, OCK has evolved into a full turnkey solutions provider, with divisions in telecommunication network services, green energy, M&E engineering, and telecommunications trading. With over 3,800 employees, OCK operates across Southeast Asia, including Myanmar, Vietnam, and Indonesia. The company owns more than 5,500 telecom towers and 30 solar farms in Malaysia.

Speaker Profile:
Datuk David Low Hock Keong is also our Group Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director. In 1994, Mr. Low graduated from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia with First Class Honours in his Bachelor’s Degree of Electrical and Computing. In 1997, he completed his Master of Engineering Science from University of Malaya.

Mr. Low began his career with Mutiara Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd., now known as DiGi, as a Transmission Engineer in 1995. After two (2) years, he joined Andersen Consulting Sdn. Bhd., now known as Accenture Solutions Sdn. Bhd. as an analyst focusing on Software System Development and Telecommunications. In 1999, Mr. Low joined Alcatel Network System (M) Sdn. Bhd., now known as Nokia, as a Radio Frequency Planning and Optimisation Engineer. He was later promoted to the position of Regional Radio Frequency Manager before he took up the role to head and lead the Radio Planning and Optimisation team that supports various projects in the region. In 2006, Mr. Low joined the group as our General Manager.

In 2017, he was redesignated as the Group Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overseeing the Group’s overall daily operations.
