2009 W169 A180 CDI vibrations on steering wheel and passenger seat

Mercedes A Class A180 CDI has nasty vibration that propagates through entire body. This video shows the vibration wave / sine on the steering wheel and on the passenger seat (you can tell when the sine becomes wider that the phone was moved on the passenger seat). It was measured with an app for iOS called “Sonic Tools”. MB tells this vibration is normal, I don’t think so. I also have a 2007 W245 B170 (petrol) which doesn’t have this vibration. The measurement was done with car engine on and car not in motion and on a flat surface. Engine mounts were changed new and nothing changed.
