Manchester City will offer Barcelona a swap deal. The citizens are ready to give Bernardo Silva to the Catalans and get Frenkie De Jong as a replacement.

Due to the tough financial situation, Barca have to rely on financial leverage and hope to sell the most valuable footballers, one of which is De Jong, in order to be able to pull-off new signings and register new performers for the next La Liga campaign.

The Sky Blues are ready to help the Catalans with the matter, but only through the exchange deal, as a result of which Bernardo Silva could end up at the Camp Nou.

However, Blaugrana boss Xavi may not agree to De Jong’s departure, as he considers Frenkie one of the key pieces of his project.

Barcelona have agreed Neymar's return to the Camp Nou with PSG, but have yet to settle nuances of the player's personal contract, beIN Sports claims.

The Brazilian forward had left Barca to join the Parisian side back in 2017, but in the past couple of months the clubs have successfully negotiated Neymar's return to Barcelona.

The only issue is that the Catalans, being in a difficult financial situation, cannot pay Ney the 36 million euros a year salary he currently earns in Paris.
The Spanish champions are also unwilling to cover most of his salary, although earlier on there have been rumours of Neymar taking any pay cut in order to play for Barcelona once again.
