This is a factory Mercedes Comand NTG 2.5 that I made an adapter for CarPlay integration. The car is a W203, but it can be done to all the Mercedes vehicles with an NTG 2.5 head unit. It works also with Android Auto.

In the video it seems a little laggy, because when you record a video while you have CarPlay connected on the same iPhone, the CarPlay has reduced performance. Unfortunately I didn't have a second phone/camera for the recording.
