Hello Friends!
As I said in the previous upload, in this next video of the truck I will show you how to exchange an ECU (or TCU) of a Mercedes-Benz Actros. In this case you only need the AVDI, CB106 OBDII cable (the new version of the CB100), USB cable, ZN051 Distribution Box and, of course the MN031 DAS Manager for trucks. It is important to have an active AMS to complete the procedure.
First off, save the original ECU's (or TCU's) coding, it is crucial in order to be able to personalize the new module. If you do not have the original module, make sure you save the donor one's coding before resetting it to virgin state. This is necessary for the success of the exchange!
The steps are pretty easy to follow: connect your AVDI to your laptop, then to the vehicle via the CB106 OBDII cable, save the coding of the original ECU, after that install the donor ECU, add the ZN051 between the AVDI and the truck, virginize, personalize, write the coding and activate. And that's it. Take a look at the manual while performing the procedure, it will be of great help to you.
Subscribe, if you haven't already, it makes me really happy to see my audience grow! Leave a Like and a Comment on how you like the video and any other thing you would like to share.
