Hey, y'all!
I didn't believe at first, but, it works! No other tool I know can do this: Calibration of IC177 cluster in a Mercedes-Benz B-Class, done super easily. Only AVDI, RH850 programmer, ZN092 adapter, and a brand new unique software functionality! This is a truly revolutionary tool, and I am glad I got to try it firsthand!
First, remove the instrument cluster module, which is located under the driver's seat. The dashboard screen is separated from the module, as you can see, the module itself is located under the seat. Disassemble it to reveal the PCB, remove a few capacitors and solder the wires of the CB501 cable from the ZN085 ABRITES RH850/V850 Programmer set. All the points of soldering are in the wiring diagram of the module in the software. Connect to the programmer by using CB501, and ZN092 adapter, then connect to AVDI and your laptop.
Open the ABRITES software menu and go to the RH850/V850 Programmer's menu. Open the IC177 module and read the MCU. After that, write the correct mileage value and save it. The procedure is super simple!
The new value can also be seen in the MercedesMe app of the vehicle, after driving a bit.
