Is The DAS System Back In F1 On The Mercedes W15?

The famous DAS system used back on the w11 in 2020 might be back into F1. Onboards have been caught with the steering wheel going in and out while George Russell goes into turn 14 in the Las Vegas GP. Does this explain there insane pace in Vegas?
