In this episode of Tips, Tricks, & Tweaks.....Mike shows you the latest modification he's done to his little red 118"! Just like this first T1N Sprinter, it has central locks without a key fob at all! The locking system works perfectly, but where on earth am I going to source a key fob? Sure, I can try to take one off a parts van or buy a used one online for $50-$75. There's no guarantee the light will even BLINK and it certainly won't communicate with the system unless I go through a specialty Mercedes programming ritual.

Why go through all that and probably spend a fortune AND risk a dealership touching my van when I can buy this $12 remote relay and live the rest of the my life happy and with an extra $300 in my pocket?

This is a mod that Florida Van Man can perform for any of you, if you please....
