This video is the instructions on how to do Removal & installation of the gear shift lever cover on Mercedes-Benz A-Class / B-Class

MODEL 169.0 /3, 245.2 with TRANSMISSION 711.6, 716.5

1 gear shift lever cover
2 Center console cover
3 gear shift lever knob
4 Clamping ring
5 Gear Shift lever

1) Detach gear shift lever cover (1) at bottom on center console cover (2)
Installation: Ensure that gear shift lever cover (1) is seated correctly in center console cover (2).
2) Pull gear shift lever cover (1) over shift lever knob (3) until clamping ring (4) is accessible
3) Turn clamping ring (4) one-half turn counterclockwise and remove gear shift lever cover (1) from shift lever knob (3) upward.
Installation: Slide shift lever knob (3) to perceptible stop with gear shift lever cover (5) and clamp with clamping ring (4).
4) Remove clamping ring (4) from shift lever knob (3) counterclockwise.
5) Remove gear shift lever cover (1) from shift lever knob (3)
Installation: Observe installation position of gear shift lever cover (1) on shift lever knob (3).The shift lever knob (6) has a cutout on the rear for the lug on the gear shift lever cover (1).
6) Install in the reverse order
