Diagnostic of a 2020 Mercedes Benz C300 AMG turbocharged 4 cylinder engine, with a major cooling system leak proved to be two different failures; the major breach being caused from a faulty oem plastic pipe under the intake manifold running from the upper coolant hose to the motor block and the second minor failure caused by the oil cooler rubber string gasket seal. The video is extensive @ over 50 minutes, but I try to deliver a detailed analysis and illustration of what this task requires to properly determine the cause of the leak and how to proceed with solving the problem. This car required some additional testing a few weeks later with an advanced diagnostic scanner to accurately identify a faulty sensor that caused the gauge system to emit an orange indicator pertaining to the cooling system. Orange indicator for the cooling system was not indicative of overheating, but rather the faulty sensor. After sensor was replaced the car has been operating fine until present time of releasing this video, which is around 6 months after this job took place and footage was recorded.
