CREAMY CASSAVA CAKE
1kg Fresh Cassava or pre-packed Cassava, grated
3 cups Coconut Milk
1cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup Condensed Milk
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/2 cup Macapuno Strings in syrup
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg

TOPPING
1/3 cup all-purpose Flour
2 cups Coconut Milk
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Macapuno Strings in Syrup
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese

Bake Cassava mixture for an hour, 180C
With topping, bake for another 15 mins or
until golden brown, 200C
