This video is for anyone who has a stripped adaptor plug on their Mercedes Sprinter
transmission, if in fact it is stripped your only option is to replace the conductor plate on the valve body because the captive nut on the conductor plate side has spun out. (You could potentially just leave the adaptor plug in if it isn’t leaking bad enough for you to justify removal). In order to do that you first have to somehow remove the plug in order to free the valve body in order to replace the conductor plate. My preferred method is cutting the adaptor plug with a hot knife as explained in the video, thanks for watching and I hope it helped.
