The sound is a mix of an internal and external recording and has a lot of low-frequency content. With good speakers, it sounds about 1/2 as awesome as when you're there!

This video is from the 2022-May-23 "Road Skills/HPDE Advanced Driver Training" day at Mission Raceway in BC (Canada) put on by the BMW Club of BC (https://bmwccbc.org/events/) and Driving Unlimited instructors (http://www.drivingunlimited.com/). I hope some people will find it interesting and/or informative.

This was my third event (but only 9th session, due to rain) in a new-to-me 2020 AMG GTR Pro. The weather was cool, cloudy and sometimes sprinkling ... but not enough to completely wet the track. My goal, for the first session, was to get things (the car and me) warmed up, figure out the changed wall situation with turn 7 and to continue getting used to the car by "pushing it" a little more.

The right-side concrete wall near the entrance to turn 7, and at the end of the second longest straight, has been moved inwards about 2-3 ft. and now half covers the little curb that many of us would try to place our right-front tire when starting the turn-in for turn 7. The wall, intruding more into a heavy braking zone, is a little intimidating. All this serves to make things slower (at least initially) with a slightly slower top speed approaching turn 7 and a narrower track making entry to the turn 7-8 chicane more difficult.

A highlight of the day, for me, was the rain sprinkles because it helped me better understand the capabilities and behavior of the 9-position pro-active traction-control system. I started with it in position 2 (heavy traction control) and relaxed it by a few positions as the spinkles subsided and the day progressed. All I can say is "wow" ... it's a system that adds serious value, on the track and really helps build confidence (especially when small mistakes can have "concrete consequences!").

The GTR Pro is stock except for the following changes:
- brake fluid changed to MOTUL 666
- front/rear brake pads changed to Pagid/TiKT (race) pads
- front/rear TiKT brake-cooling ducts are installed
