Use Fabric 0.16.10 for Minecraft 1.20.1, I recommend downloading the overwolf launcher.

Download the zip file from the provided Google Drive link, go onto overwolf launcher and hit import and choose the zip file. it should then add everything for you

Settings to run this depend on your PC. Allocate at least 50% of your RAM in the launcher profile options, and tweak distant horizons until you're happy. I was able to run 1024 chunk render distance at high detail on the aggressive CPU preset pretty well, but I have 16GB VRAM, 64GB DDR5 memory and 32 thread intel i9-13980HK processor... distant horizons still looks great at 128 render distance and medium quality.

I had the most success with the bliss shaders, but play around to see what works for you!
