Thank you to andrewhopkins1677. Who suggested this video! This is how I tune my cars in Forza Motorsport!
Although they say it's the most realistic physics in a Forza Motorsport game it isn't real life and some things in your tune can be manipulated to make it better. So what I like to due is save the base tune and then try some extremes like the anti-rolls going almost max and making adjustments to prevent under/oversteer.

This is just how I start my Tunes and make adjustments as needed. This most likely will not be the fastest tune out there but is a good starting point.
