I had problem with my Mercedes W203 (C240) Air conditioner. one side was heating even when AC was on other was cooling fine. I disassemble whole dashboard to find it but I didn't know which one was responsible. found out later but didn't want to disassemble whole dashboard board again so I looked for shortcut. found out and want to share it. hope it helps.
