the main reason for this video was so i could prepare to install my blind spot detector system for my w204
hence why
in this video i show how to remove the rear bumper off a Mercedes benz w204
this applies to all models from 2007 to 2014
both preface and facelift will use this method to remove the rear bumper bar
this is a task that requires alot of patience
having a friend or an accomplice would really help when it comes to actually removing the rear bumper, as it would help to not scratch it, if your too rough and just pull it off and end up scratching it against the floor
hence why i stress to use a piece of cardboard or any type of protection from the floor, so the bumper can be placed on it when it comes to removing it
especially if you are doing it by yourself like i have in this video
the use of some sort of protecting factor against the floor would really save you from scratching it
