The car was purchased with New Tires with a date code of 41 week of 2020. The Tires did have weights on them.
The Car's Front end would Shake at Highway Speeds.
I put on a set of Good Used Tires on the Front and No More VIBRATION.
Had the New Tires Rebalanced and it solved the Vibration Problem
