Mercedes ambulance responding on motorway

Here is a SWAS ambulance responding near Bristol on the M5. This is an older style Mercedes Sprinter. The SWAS ambulances are very different to the WMAS ambulances that operate in my area. These ones have been converted to have a box-like patient treatment compartment, the WMAS ones use a normal van vehicle with only the inside converted. If you look closely on this ambulance, you can see it has the siren speaker mounted on the outside of the ambulance rather than under the grill like on most emergency vehicles.
