Bike racing doesn't get much better then this. It sure is a long way and a bit of a struggle to get up here for this event, but it is sure worth it.

This is the type of racing we need more of in this country and I hope todays VLOG gives you an insight into the experience of both the riders and the supporters.

The stage itself featured consistently undulating terrain, so it is hard to pick out an obvious selection point, which gave the race a real tense and tactical feel.

That said the final two hills were very selective, especially after 130km of racing, so check out how the lads got on.
