This 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG is a black-on-black hardtop convertible that is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes a panoramic roof, navigation, Harman Kardon stereo, carbon-fiber interior accents, an AirScarf neck warmer, climatized seats, and more. The car is finished in Obsidian Black Metallic (197), and its power-folding hardtop is shown raised in the photo gallery below. AMG-specific components include the front and rear bumper covers, side skirts, darkened taillights, a lowered ride height, and quadruple exhaust outlets. AMG 19″ wheels are mounted with Hankook Ventus V12 EVO2 tires that measure 255/35 up front and 285/30 at the rear. The car is equipped with Active Body Control suspension, and the braking system features six-piston front calipers, four-piston rear calipers, and cross-drilled rotors all around. The twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 M 275 produced 604 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.
