This OC500LE is similar to the demonstrator TP1854 that went on a one-day trial in Singapore. While SMRT chose the diesel version, this unit runs on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). It is powered by the M447hLAG engine and uses the ZF Ecomat 6HP502 6-speed automatic transmission.
