Mercedes-Benz has launched the newly-facelifted W205 C-Class in Malaysia, and I was there to attend the preview the night before launch.

Three variants are available, starting with the C 200 with a 1.5-litre turbocharged mild hybrid engine making 184hp. Further up comes the 2.0-litre C 300 with 258hp and the 3.0-litre V6 AMG C 43 with 390hp.

Prices start from RM259,888 for the C 200, rising to RM304,888 for the C 300, and RM421,888 for the C 43.
