Radio in this video is from 1999 Mercedes SL500. I can integrate same adapter into any factory Mercedes radio that has cassette tape.
There are 2 options available. Adapter shown in the video allows hands-free phone calls and music streaming. It has pigtail unit. Second option allows to stream only music and has no pigtail unit.

I'm working on integrating hands-free and music streaming unit into radio without pigtail unit. Will make video of latest version soon.
