Changing oil on 2008 Mercedes Benz S class W221 gen S350 petrol. It´s a pretty easy and strait forward job and no special tools or lift is required. All the tool sizes and torque specs in the video.

I used Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 approved by Mercedes, meeting the 229.31, 229.51, 229.52 specs.
Torque specs:
- oil filter cap - 25 Nm
- drain bolt - 30 Nm

Socket sizes:
- 8 mm socket - splash shield
- 13 mm socket - sump plug
- 23 mm socket - oil filter

This guide works for me. But I´m not a professional, so no guarantee here...
