In Hamburg, there are more people every day who are dependent on public transport. We can guarantee healthy living conditions with modern, quiet and clean means of transport. For this reason, the Hanseatic City of Hamburg committed itself in 2017 with a Green City Master Plan to make its entire range of mobility services more environmentally compatible. The aim is to ensure that local public transport is exclusively emission-free locally by 2030.
