After changing my A & E cam gears and timing chain an oil change must be done. This is me doing that oil change and a little how to as i do it myself its a bit tough to film and do.
Sorry for the darkness lighting is an issue I should deal with not everyone has a well lit garage. I will do another Oil change soon to make sure engine is nice an clean inside
Mobil 1 0W40 Fully synthetic is recommended but I will be using Castrol Edge to me its the best motor oil you can use in a daily driver.
