The G63 AMG is sincerely theatrical. This SUV is Mercedes showing everyone that AMG is far ahead of anyone when it comes to translating emotions into a machine. It feels like a modern version of a great classic. Mercedes has used the right blend of material, design choice and the perfect engine. The heart of the G63 is filled with torque and is very responsive. The new transmission keeps the fuel millage down with a good amount of overdrive gears while still keeping up with the monster under the hood. Major suspension upgrades and some fantastic seats have done wonders to the drivability. Braking and chassis control also have had a big performance bump. Overall the new G63 feels like it is 20 years newer then the model it replaces.
