This customer called me out for mobile Diag, it was a no crank. I ended up finding out there was no power to the front sam. They said they tried to jump it when it was dead and nothing happened. The radio and dash lights would come on. They put a new battery in and still the same thing. I found the front main fuse was blow and got a new prefuse box. Vehicle ran fine but the white battery light would come on. Today we diagnose why this is happening and hope nothing is damaged.

9062 Component G1/7(Auxiliary Battery) Is Defective Or Not Installed.
