The Mercedes AMG GT was born to fill the boots of the iconic SLS and the SLS was a car that earned its supercar status very quickly. It’s been able to retain its reputation incredibly well as one of the brand’s most enjoyable cars to own for a number of reasons, and as such, they still demand a considerable price tag.

Nonetheless, the AMG GT was born into the realms of the thoroughbred GT cars and was a success from the offset. Take a powerful engine and stick it at the front, give it a sizeable luggage area, menacing looks, a rear-wheel-drive powertrain and a refined interior to boot and you’ve got yourself one fine automotive machine; the AMG GT. In this instance however, we have an Edition 1 example to offer you and it brings with it a few key characteristics over and above the standard car.

This 2015 (15) Mercedes AMG GT-S Edition 1 4.0 Twin Turbo V8, that we present to you, has covered just 5,600 miles, is presented in immaculate condition and benefits from a Full Mercedes-Benz Service history, having been most recently service in October 2021.

Over and above the main features of the GT-S, the ‘Edition 1’ gets a fixed rear wing, a larger front splitter, Front Wheel Arch Fins, Additonal Side Skirts, a Carbon Fibre Roof and also the Night Package – made up of a diamond grille in high gloss black, amongst many other High Gloss Black exterior components.

The bodywork of our example is dressed in the Designo Selenite Magno Grey paint and is a very popular colour choice for the GT silhouette and in this guise, it looks in addition to the Edition 1 extras.

Inside, the car benefits from a mix of Black Nappa leather & Alcantara, contrasted by various red accents. The AMG Black Diamond Interior Package is fitted too, as is the premium Burmester sound system. AMG Performance seats come as standard on the GT-S Edition 1, as does the AMG Performance steering wheel. Other highlights worth mentioning over and above this are the AMG Dynamic Plus Package, Memory Package AMG Ride Control Suspension & an AMG Electronic Limited Slip Differential.

As expected, this car gets a true Premier GT seal of approval, and is in immaculate condition throughout.
