This is a new method I have been working with over the past month. I can not say it will work on all cars, but it works very well on 30 plus year Mercedes Benz. I have tried numerous ways over the years either "coating" it or "soaking" it. Either method was better than nothing, but I did not like it too shiny or too painted looking. The quest was on to try to find a way to remove the "dead" top material killed by UV.
