A New Audi Emergency Doctor's Car + Multiple Fire Engines, Police Cars and Ambulances responding with siren and lights in England And Wales, UK.

Green flashing lights can be used by Emergency Doctors to give awareness to other road users that they are responding to an emergency, how-ever doesn't give Doctors any exemptions from standard traffic laws - and traffic may only give way if they choose too as a 'common courtesy'.
This varies from blue lights which are to be used by emergency vehicles, such as a fire truck, that are /usually/ exempt from traffic laws in which other traffic is required by law to give way to when responding to an emergency.

Vehicles with both green and blue lights indicate that the car has a Medical Doctor on-board and is also authorised to respond as a normal emergency vehicle with siren and lights.
