Old cars, you love them, you hate them :)!

Ja, wir lieben unseren alten Düdo! Alte Autos brauchen aber auch besonders viel Aufmerksamkeit. Es gibt immer etwas zu tun und es wird definitiv nie langweilig. Mittlerweile leben wir seit 6 Monaten in unserem selbstausgebauten Van und waren schon häufiger in Werkstätten. Außerderm sind wir immer auf der Jagd nach Ersatzteilen. Die Wunschliste ist laaaaaaang :)! Zuletzt haben wir uns gebrauchte Bremsbeläge mit neuen Belägen benieten lassen und unseren nicht mehr originalen Papierluftfilter auf den originalen Ölbadfilter umgebaut. Außerdem haben wir jetzt endlich, seit unsere Schlamm-Feststeckaktion in Albanien vor drei Monaten, wieder das richtige Differentialöl am Start. Yes, we love our old Düdo! But old cars also need a lot of attention. There is always something to do and it definitely never gets boring. We have now been living in our self-built van for 6 months and have been to workshops more than once. We are also always on the hunt for spare parts. The wish list is loooong :)! Lately, we had used brake pads riveted with new pads and converted our non-original paper air filter to the original oil bath filter. In addition, we now finally got the right differential oil again, as we had not right one filled in since our sludge-stuck adventure in Albania three month ago. In this video you can see how we fared in two Greek workshops and what our experiences were!
