2023 - 2024 Mercedes E-Class | New design, First look!
The German company continues to experiment with its new generation of best-sellers, which are frequently caught in the eyes of photo spies. Thanks to the resulting photos, we have the opportunity to visualize what the car will be like.
The business class model in the Mercedes-Benz line-up first appeared in 1975, the car has the factory index W123. Officially, the history of the E-class goes back to 1993, when an updated version of the 124 body with a new name was introduced. Today, the fifth generation of this model (W213) was unveiled in January 2016 at the International Auto Show in Detroit. In 2020, the E-class received a notable overhaul and now the German automaker is preparing a new generation. What will it look like?
The renderings are based on spy shots, so the proportions and dimensions of the bodywork as well as its individual elements correspond to the real car. The grille will be slightly larger and lower than the current model. For example, the headlights will be made in a very large size, unlike the new C-class. One of the recent videos of the test unit shows a graphic part of the LED: at the top there is a strip that also acts as a turn signal, and at the bottom there are a few small curved elements that can be considered is a related to some previous E-class with four headlights. On the side, the novelty will be markedly different from the current sedan due to the retractable door handles borrowed from the flagship S-class. The rear end will be inspired by the two new sedans mentioned above.
The interior is being significantly updated, where the main tone will be set by the large multimedia screen. There is no reliable information on the technical part of the new feature yet, we can only assume that the E-class will receive a variety of gasoline and diesel engines with varying degrees of electrification. It is also possible that the new top version with the index 63 will not receive the V8.

The launch of new items could take place before the end of the year.
