A close look at the exterior and interior of a Mercedes Sprinter ambulance made by Visser/ Ambulanz Mobile for the IJsselland ambulance service in the Netherlands. A couple of things to notice:
- Yes, the ambo has green lights. Those are used to indicate the command unit. As far as I know every emergency vehicle in the Netherlands is required to have green lights.
- I kinda like the walk through at 0:45 - it is tight but you can still walk through there.
- Not sure what those useless blue LED stripes are about. Also most of the German made Hänsch LED modules are a 1:1 copy of the Whelen Legacy's LED modules. Here's a closer image comparison: https://www.instagram.com/p/B7YxdpEhA0K/
This was not the only Dutch ambulance that was shown during the Rettmobil 2019. Miesen also displayed one with an interesting feature: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kQthOF_HiAY
