ML320 W163 BAS/ESP ETS ABS lights switch on @20km/h

The lights are off after starting the vehicle.

All 3 lights switch on when vehicle speed reaches 20km/h.

Noticed on warm days, this does not happen which leads me to believe this is some intermittent wiring contact issue.

Waiting for my OBD scanner to pull the codes and direct me where to fix it or which wire to follow
