The second-generation 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe has been unveiled, ahead of first Australian showroom arrivals due in the fourth quarter of 2023 (October to December).
The new high-riding GLC Coupe has been comprehensively reworked in an engineering program with the latest GLC SUV, C-Class sedan and C-Class wagon, alongside which it will continue to be produced at Mercedes-Benz’s Bremen factory in Germany.
In Europe it will be produced with two turbocharged four-cylinder engines across seven model grades – including a trio of plug-in hybrids, each boasting an electric driving range of more than 119km on the WLTP test procedure.
However, in Australia it is likely to follow the standard GLC SUV – expected in showrooms next month – in a single model grade, the middle-of-the-range GLC300 petrol, ahead of AMG versions at a later date.
